Refund policy
Last updated October 14, 2026
RevRescue is billed in advance, monthly or yearly, and every payment is final once it has been taken. Recovery work starts as soon as your plan is active: retries are scheduled, dunning emails go out and leak checks run against your billing data. Because that work cannot be undone, we do not take payments back except in the three situations set out below. Questions go to [email protected].
See the value before you pay
The free recovery estimate on the homepage is a one time demo, open to anyone without an account, and it shows what RevRescue would chase in your own data. It is the place to judge whether the service fits. Choosing a paid plan afterwards is a decision to start the service now.
Payments we do not refund
- A plan you no longer want, or a team decision to switch tools.
- A month or year in which you connected little or nothing, or paused your campaigns.
- A recovered amount lower than you expected. Results depend on your customers, their banks and the card networks, and our terms do not promise a figure.
- A renewal that went through on its date because the subscription was still active.
- A cancellation you meant to make but did not.
- Messages drafted by the AI that you did not like, as long as the feature worked.
- A plan larger than your volume needed, or yearly billing chosen instead of monthly.
- The unused remainder of a period after you cancel.
The three exceptions
- Double charge on our side. If a billing error made us charge the same workspace twice for one period, the duplicate is returned.
- Charge you did not authorise. If your card was used for RevRescue without your permission, report it within 14 days of the charge. We review the account and payment records before deciding.
- Service down entirely. If RevRescue could not run at all for a long stretch because of a fault of ours, and you reported it while it was happening, we can refund the affected part of the period.
A refund under one of these exceptions never exceeds the amount paid for that billing period and goes back to the original card. Send the request within 14 days of the charge from the email address of the workspace owner, with the invoice number or the date and amount.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time in the billing portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal only; it does not reverse a payment already taken. Your workspace keeps working until the end of the paid period, and there are no prorated refunds for the days left.
Renewals and payment retries
Plans renew automatically for the same term until cancelled. If a renewal payment fails, the payment provider may retry the card over the following days, and a renewal that succeeds on a later attempt is treated like any other renewal under this policy.
What we keep on record
For each workspace we keep the date and time you accepted our terms of service, an activity log of the workspace (sign ins, connected accounts, campaigns and actions you approved) and the payment record held by the payment provider, including the result of any 3D Secure check.
Chargebacks
Contact us before you contact your bank. Most billing issues are answered within one business day. Opening a chargeback for a service that was provided, without first raising it with us, is a breach of our terms. We close the workspace and give the bank the records listed above.
Consumers in the EU and the UK
RevRescue is built for businesses. If you nonetheless buy as a consumer, you ask us when subscribing to start the service immediately and you acknowledge that your 14 day right of withdrawal ends once the service has begun. Rights that local law does not allow to be waived are unaffected.
Payments before this policy
Payments made before October 14, 2026 remain under the terms that were in force when they were made.
