Terms of service
Last updated October 10, 2026
These terms govern the use of the revrescue.com service ("RevRescue", "the service"), provided by the administrator of the revrescue.com service ("we"). By creating an account you agree to them. Contact: [email protected].
The service
RevRescue connects to your billing platform and helps you recover failed payments, follow up unpaid invoices, contact at-risk customers and find billing leaks. You decide which actions and channels are active. Recovery results depend on your customers and payment networks, and we do not guarantee a specific amount.
Accounts
You must provide a valid email address and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity in your workspace and for the people you invite.
Plans, billing and renewal
- Plans are subscriptions billed monthly or yearly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown on the pricing page and exclude taxes where applicable.
- Moving to a higher plan or to yearly billing charges the prorated difference immediately; the new plan starts when that payment succeeds. Moving to a lower plan credits the remaining value to future invoices.
- You can cancel at any time in the billing portal. Access continues to the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are not refunded except where the law requires it.
- Each workspace can hold one subscription. Usage limits such as AI recovery decisions and SMS count per billing period and are not restored by deleting items.
- The free recovery estimate is a one-time demo and not a plan.
Your responsibilities when contacting customers
You confirm that you have a lawful basis to contact your customers about their payments. SMS may be sent only to your own customers who have given consent, and you must honor opt-out requests, which RevRescue records automatically. You are responsible for the content of messages and incentives you approve.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service to contact people who are not your customers, to send unsolicited marketing, to process data you have no right to process, or to attempt to break or overload the service.
Data processing
For personal data of your customers, you are the controller and we are your processor. We process it only to provide the service, keep it confidential, protect it with appropriate technical and organizational measures, use sub-processors under written agreements, assist with data subject requests, notify you of personal data breaches without undue delay, and delete it after the relationship ends as described in the privacy policy. Enterprise plans can sign a separate data processing agreement.
Availability and changes
We aim for high availability but the service is provided as is. We may change features over time and will give notice of material changes to these terms by email.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms after notice, or immediately in case of serious abuse.
